It features a fully offset-core structure designed to create a massive, flexible, efficient, and eco-friendly commercial space. The building's shape and façade incorporate diamond-cut geometry design elements. It boasts the world’s highest facilities, including an overhanging infinity snorkeling pool connected to a gem museum trading center at the top. The tallest panoramic elevator directly links to the semi-open arcade between the ground and the detached podium. This will be the tallest landmark in the Zhuhai-Macau bay area.
