The highly anticipated 2022 TITAN Property Awards, the winners of the TITAN Property Awards have been announced recently. Zhuhai Guowei’s “The Diamond Tower”, led by Liu Meng of En-Visions Associates in concept planning and design, stood out from many works and won the highest honor, the Platinum Award.

The Diamond Building is located in Fuhuali Business District, Zhuhai, covers an area of 5,000 sqm, with a total construction area of 220,000 sqm, overlooking the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Macao Peninsula. It is named after radiant diamond form, where EN-VISIONS ASSOCIATES creates fully offset-core structure sustainably designed for a massive flexible, effective and eco-friendly commercial space for the world’s first vertical entertainment complex, after completion it will be the highest building in Zhuhai and Macao.

The project creates a semi-opened arcade street on the L1 of the tower through a detached podium, and yet it breaks through traditional commercial functions vertically by setting up a diverse themed entertainment contents in the tower, including the world's highest deep dive center within a cantilevered infinity pool, connecting to the gem exhibition and the vertical sightseeing lift. The most chanllenged feature is its rare floorplan with a aspect ratio of 1:10, in order to obtain more flexible and efficient space, by setting the fire ladder in the giant columns, we designed the world's only fully offset core + structural column system above 300 meters.
